Become a Member

1. Membership

Club Iron Rose is a private, invitation-only membership club for filmmakers, creatives, performers, and pioneers of industry. Membership is limited to one hundred founding seats. Admission is granted at the sole discretion of the Club.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials or invite others to events unless expressly authorized by the Club.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are established at the time of acceptance and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule communicated upon approval. Failure to maintain current payment status may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. RSVP & Cancellation Policy

RSVPs for dinners close 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Once the RSVP window has closed, cancellations will not be accepted and the seat may still be billed. Members who RSVP and do not attend without canceling in advance may be subject to a no-show fee.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to treat all guests, staff, and fellow members with respect at all times. The Club reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for conduct that is disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of the Club.

5. Privacy

By submitting a membership request, you consent to the Club collecting and storing your personal information (name, email, phone, dietary restrictions) for the purpose of managing your membership and communicating event details. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Dietary Information

Members are responsible for keeping their dietary restrictions and allergy information current in their member profile. The Club will make reasonable efforts to accommodate stated restrictions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Amendments

The Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes by email. Continued membership following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
